Bio
Leith completed a psychology degree at the University of Queensland. As a result of her interest in working with children, she returned to university and completed a Bachelor of Speech Therapy degree. Leith worked as a Speech Pathologist for Education Queensland for four years. Since 1987, she has been in independent private practice.
Leith specialises in working with children with developmental disorders. In particular, she is highly skilled in helping children, and their families, who are on the Autism Spectrum. Leith successfully combines her psychology and speech pathology training to present a comprehensive and evidence-based approach to therapy with children. She also regularly runs seminars to train parents and teachers/educators on the best ways to assist children. She is an engaging and skilled presenter and therapist.

Her special interest areas include pre-literacy skills for school readiness, and language and literacy-based learning issues.
